For the last 16 years, I’ve studied how people express themselves and how they engage in creativity. I’ve built brands with business owners who keep showing up no matter the shifting sands of the market.

As a transformational coach, I’ve worked with hundreds of people to create energy shifts that take them from ‘playing small’ to levelling up all areas of their lives with confidence and commitment.

My combined expertise from leading my own brand and design business, 9+ years experience as a transformational coach and training in several models of energy work (Shiatsu, Macrobiotics, Cartomancy, Tensegrity) gives me a unique perspective that have helped my clients create lasting transformations – all through embracing their inherent creativity, and developing unapologetic self-expression.
