Together with our Privacy Policy, these terms govern the relationship between Starcodes Academy sf. and you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website.
The term ‘Starcodes Academy,’ ‘us,’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website: Starcodes Academy sf., registered at Álfkonuhvarf 37, 203 Kópavogur, Iceland. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.
The use of this website is subject to the following terms:

Courses and workshops
These are the general terms and conditions for both our courses and workshops.
Confidentiality and safe space
Strict confidentiality is maintained regarding all personal information shared within these sessions.
Registration and Payment
Registration for all courses is only available through our website. The first payment of the course fee, which includes a non-refundable confirmation fee, must be paid upon registration unless otherwise specified.
Confirmation
Confirmation of registration and payment is sent via email. By registering and making the initial payment for a course provided by us, you accept these terms and conditions. The confirmation fee is included in the first payment and is always non-refundable, except in cases where a course is cancelled due to insufficient participation.
Attendance
Participants commit to arriving for the course or workshop at the advertised time, as the program begins promptly. In certain cases, entry may not be permitted once the program has started.
Online Content and Web Courses
When purchasing digital content from our website, full payment is required at the time of purchase. The material is accessible thereafter on the company’s website. Please note that web courses (online courses) are non-refundable.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
All educational materials provided during short or long-term courses—including printed materials, audio files, videos, or content in any other form—are the property of Starcodes Academy sf. and are for the personal use of the participant only. Any duplication, sharing, or public use of the educational materials is strictly prohibited.
Right of Refusal
Starcodes Academy sf. reserves the right to reject applications for courses or memberships where applicable, in which case the payment will be refunded.
Long-Term Courses
Payment and Commitment
For long-term courses, such as Your Personal Transformation and Living Your Purpose, participants have the option to pay the course fee in full or spread payments over time, as specified on the course purchase page. The first payment includes a confirmation fee, which is always non-refundable.
By registering and making the initial payment, the participant commits to attending the entire course, including both on-site sessions and remote meetings, and to paying the course fees according to the payment plan selected at registration. If payments are not received according to the plan, the claim will be sent to a collection agency, and access to course materials will be revoked. Monthly initiations are only provided if payments are up to date.
Sobriety and Plant Medicine Policy
Participants in long-term courses organized by Starcodes Academy commit to refraining from the use of mind-altering substances, such as Ayahuasca and psilocybin (magic mushrooms), for the duration of the course.
The Guiding Lights
Commitment and Payments
By registering and making the initial payment, the purchaser commits to attending the course and fulfilling payments according to the payment plan selected at registration. If a VIP package is chosen in addition to the course, those sessions will take place after the course concludes, but within two months of its completion (see further terms regarding Telegram Days).
Format and Attendance
The course is taught online, with the exception of the final day, which is an in-person session (on-site).
Recordings and Materials
Recordings of the online meetings will be available on the course platform, along with the accompanying exercises and meditations. However, the content of the in-person session is not recorded and will not be accessible afterward. If the purchaser is unable to attend the in-person session as scheduled, that portion of the course is forfeited.
Angelic Reiki
Registration and Preparatory Materials
Upon registration and the first payment of the course fee, the participant will receive access to preparatory materials on our website. By registering and making the payment, the participant commits to attending the course and fulfilling payments according to the payment plan selected at registration.
Cancellation Policy
If a cancellation is made within 14 days of the course start date, 50% of the course fee is refunded.
If a cancellation is made within 7 days of the course start date, the course fee is non-refundable.
The confirmation fee is specified on the course purchase page; it is included in the first payment and is always non-refundable.
Certification and Attendance
Participants must attend the entire course to receive a certificate of completion. It is not possible to complete only a portion of the course for certification.
Ancestral Healing
Registration and Preparation
Upon registration and the first payment of the course fee, the participant will receive an email with instructions on how to prepare for the course. By registering and making the payment, the participant commits to attending the course and fulfilling payments according to the payment plan selected at registration.
Cancellation Policy
If a cancellation is made within 14 days of the course start date, 50% of the course fee is refunded.
If a cancellation is made within 7 days of the course start date, the course fee is non-refundable.
The confirmation fee is specified on the course purchase page; it is included in the first payment and is always non-refundable.
Declaration of Responsibility for Personal Health
As a condition for registration in the Angel Reiki workshop, the Ancestral Healing workshop, as well as the Your Personal Transformation and Living Your Purpose courses, participants must inform the guides/teachers of any history regarding the following:
- Issues related to the abuse of alcohol, prescription drugs, and/or illegal substances.
- Mental health challenges, whether untreated or currently being treated with medication or other forms of therapy.
- Any other mental or physical health conditions that may require special arrangements or that the participant deems important for the teacher to know.
This includes (but is not limited to) diabetes, angina, epilepsy, whether the participant is currently taking or will take any medication during the workshop, and whether the participant has previously had difficult reactions or experiences with any form of energy work.
Personal Responsibility
The participant is responsible for their own well-being and for informing and discussing the above (or anything else that may be relevant) with the teacher/guide upon booking.
Registration is not considered complete until the relevant health disclosure form has been filled out, signed, and returned to Starcodes Academy.
Privacy
The above information is stored securely and will be deleted once the course has concluded.
Soul Realignment
Information Requirements
The purchaser commits to sending the necessary information to the seller within 30 days of the purchase.
Delivery and Procedure
The seller reserves a period of 30 days to send the purchaser an audio file containing the fundamental information from their Akashic Records. Following this, the purchaser schedules a remote meeting where the seller will provide a detailed review of the person’s report.
Refund Policy
In the event that no information is found within the Akashic Records, 75% of the purchase price will be refunded.
The Heart Field (Hjartaakurinn) Spiritual Community
Copyright and Access
All content accessible within the community is created by Starcodes Academy sf. and is the property of the company unless otherwise specified. Distributing or sharing the material with others is strictly prohibited. Only the subscriber shall have access to the content, and this access is valid only for the duration of the subscription.
Community Conduct and Rules
If a participant is found to be in violation of our terms and conditions or the rules established within the Hjartaakurinn Facebook group, Starcodes Academy reserves the right to completely block access to the community interactions (website, Telegram, and meetings) as well as all content.
If rules are violated during interactions on the Facebook page, on Telegram, or during meetings, Starcodes Academy sf. reserves the right to block access to these interactions for the remainder of the subscription period, and the subscription will not be renewed.
Unauthorized Distribution
If content is shared or distributed outside of the group, all access will be terminated. Starcodes Academy will contact the subscriber if there is a suspicion of a breach of terms before further action is taken.
Subscription Commitment and Payments
Subscribers commit to a minimum membership period of 6 months upon joining. If automatic payments are stopped before the subscription period ends, they must be reinstated within 48 hours. Otherwise, Starcodes Academy sf. reserves the right to send the outstanding payments to a collection agency after 7 days. Once the initial commitment period has ended, the subscription can be cancelled at any time.
If you choose to pay annually, the subscription is valid for 12 months and is non-refundable.
General Terms
The general terms and conditions of Starcodes Academy sf. stated on this site apply to the community as they do to all other activities.
Telegram Days
Format and Duration
A Full Telegram Day consists of six hours, and a Half Telegram Day consists of three hours. These sessions take place via the Telegram messaging app.
Platform and Technical Responsibility
The web components of the Telegram Day are hosted on secure third-party servers. We have taken all reasonable measures to ensure that the content is accessible at all times during the Telegram Day. In the unlikely event that the content is partially or entirely inaccessible, or if it becomes corrupted, deleted, or fails to save, we bear no liability for damages under any circumstances.
Rescheduling
You may postpone a Telegram Day by providing notice via email or telephone at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations
Standard Bookings: If the purchaser cancels a Telegram Day within 24 hours of its scheduled start time, the full fee must be paid.
Bonus Days: If the Telegram Day was provided as a bonus with the purchase of another product, the session is forfeited if not cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Advance Notice: If the purchaser cancels with more than 24 hours’ notice, a new date will be scheduled that is mutually convenient for both parties.
Provider Unavailability
If the provider (Starcodes Academy) is for any reason unable to perform the service at the agreed time (due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances), participants will be notified with as much notice as possible, and a new time will be scheduled that suits both parties.
Lightcodes
Ordering and Production
Lightcodes can only be ordered and paid for through our website. Once payment is received, the Lightcodes are channeled and sent to printing within 30 days. If you have chosen to pick up your Lightcode, you will receive a notification when it is ready.
Shipping and Pickup
You can pick up your Lightcode at our location free of charge or have it shipped to you. Shipping costs are based on the current rates of the Icelandic Postal Service (Pósturinn) and must be paid in advance. Shipments are not insured by default; if you wish to add insurance, that additional fee will be added to the shipping cost according to Pósturinn’s rate schedule.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Euros (€). For customers purchasing from regions outside the Eurozone, the final amount will be determined by the prevailing exchange rate at the time of purchase. Starcodes Academy sf. reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Returns and Exchanges
Personal Lightcodes: These cannot be returned as they are custom-designed for each individual.
Standard Lightcodes: Lightcodes for Angel Reiki and other treatment forms can be returned within 30 days, provided they are in the same condition as upon delivery—unused and in their original packaging.
Please note: Shipping and transaction fees are non-refundable.
Inspection and Liability
Please inspect your product upon delivery and contact Starcodes Academy immediately if it is defective or damaged so that we may address the issue. Starcodes Academy sf. is not liable for products that are damaged or lost after they have been delivered to the postal service, nor are we responsible for issues arising from insufficient or incorrectly registered recipient addresses.
General Provisions & Legal Disclaimers
1. Force Majeure
Starcodes Academy sf. shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations (such as the cancellation of in-person workshops or retreats) if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, volcanic activity, or government-mandated closures.
2. Spiritual and Personal Growth Disclaimer
The services, courses, and materials provided by Starcodes Academy sf. are designed for spiritual development and personal growth. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, or financial advice. Starcodes Academy sf. does not diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions. Participants are responsible for their own well-being and are encouraged to seek professional help for health-related matters.
3. Media Release
By participating in in-person (on-site) sessions or retreats, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional and educational purposes by Starcodes Academy sf. If you do not wish to be featured in our media, please inform the guide/teacher or a staff member explicitly at the start of the event.
4. Code of Conduct and Termination of Service
To maintain the safety and high vibration of our community and courses, Starcodes Academy sf. reserves the right to terminate a client relationship or remove a participant from a course/community without a refund if their behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or violates the energetic integrity of the group.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Iceland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled before the District Court of Reykjanes, Iceland.
