Workshops and seminars

General conditions for all workshop and seminars:

All bookings for workshops and seminars are on the website. A deposit is paid upon registration.

Confirmation of the registration will be sent via email and will contain payment information, including the due date(s) for the rest of the fee, depending on the workshop. By paying the deposit for any of our workshops you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. The deposit is always non-refundable unless otherwise noted.

When buying pre-recorded material from our website the order shall be paid in full immediately. The material will be accessible on our web portal. Material bought from our website is never refunded.

All material delivered in workshops or longer programmes, printed, sound recordings, videos or any other is owned by Starcodes Academy sf. and is only for your personal use. The material cannot be copied, shared, or used publicly in any way without permission.

Starcodes Academy sf. reserves the right to reject applications for seminars or for our community The Heart Field where applicable and will in those cases refund the deposit.

Longer seminars

Longer programmes such as Your Personal Transformation and Living Your Purpose require a deposit and monthly payments. Once the deposit is paid you have committed to attend the full programme, including on and off-site meetings, and to pay the monthly payments by due date. If payments are not received according to the payment plan the claim will be sent for collection and access to course material will be closed. The monthly initiations cannot be done with outstanding payments.

Participants in longer seminars are bound to forgo the use of psychedelic substances such as ayahuasca and mushrooms during the seminars.

Angelic Reiki

Once a deposit is paid you will receive access to preparation material on our website. If final payment for the workshop is not received on the due date we will remove access to the material and registration is canceled.

If registration is canceled within 14 days of the workshops starting day half of the fee is refunded. If cancellation is made within 7 days of the workshop’s starting day the fee is not refunded. The deposit is non-refundable and cannot be used as a deposit for different/ the next workshop.

Heart Field, spiritual community

All material accessible within the community is created by Starcodes Academy sf. and is owned by the company unless otherwise stated. Distribution and sharing with others is unauthorised, only the subscriber shall have access to the material and that access is valid while the subscription continues.

If a participant is known to break our terms and conditions, and/or the rules agreed to in the Facebook group for the Heart Field we reserve the right to close all access to our time together (on the web and meetings) as well as material on our web portal.

If rules in our community on Facebook and in meetings are broken we reserve the right to close access to our time together until the end of the committed subscription period, subscription will not be renewed.

If material is distributed outside of the group all access will be closed. If we suspect the terms and conditions have been broken, we will contact the subscriber before action is taken.

The subscriber commits to payments for the duration of the subscription selected for the Heart Field. The subscription is active until canceled and will therefore not terminate automatically at the end of the committe subscription period. If automatic payments are stopped before the subscription period is complete it shall be set back up within 48 hours, otherwise Starcodes Academy sf. reserves the right to send the outstanding payments for collection after 7 days.

Starcodes Academy’s general terms and conditions on this page are applicable for the community as other operations.

Lightcodes

Lightcodes can be ordered from the website. The order confirmation via email will contain payment information, by completing the payment you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Once the payment has been processed the lightcode will be channeled and sent for printing within 30 days. If you have chosen to collect the lightcode, you will be notified when it is ready. The lightcode can be collected without a fee or shipped. Shipping cost is according to the rates given by Pósturinn and will be added to the order before payment. Our shipments are not insured but should you choose to insure your item a fee will be added.

All prices are in ISK so the end price will reflect currency fluctuation. All prices can change without notice.

Personal lightcodes cannot be returned as it is a custom product. The Angelic Reiki lightcodes and lightcodes for other forms of therapy can be returned within 30 days, the item must be in the same condition as received in, unused and in its original packaging. Shipping costs will not be refunded, or any transaction cost.

Please inspect your items upon reception and contact Starcodes Academy immediately if the item is defective or damaged so we can evaluate the issue.

Starcodes Academy sf. is not responsible for any damages or loss of items after delivery to Pósturinn, nor if the delivery address is not complete or correct.
