The workshop guides did their job extremely well and were very sensitive to the group’s needs. Everything was well organized, comfortable and nice. I cannot see how they could have done any better.

I am happier and more content, looking at life through a different filter, looking at what I can do today to change my attitudes for the better. I ground myself and cleanse my surroundings regularly since we started the seminar.

Today I look towards the future and I don’t feel stuck in a rut. I have changed my attitude towards other people. I feel like I am always experiencing more and more.

The course has been of great value to me, I look at the world with more open mindedness, have increased confidence and better balance to address the highs and lows in life. I express myself more from who I really am and I´m not as afraid of criticism.

It has been so wonderful to get to know everyone and finally feel that in this group of participants and guides I am home. Here in this group I have been able to express myself unequivocally and I have received the gift of being able to open up about my feelings and conditions, and feel compassion and understanding. In the same way I have been able to give the same to the other participants.
