How it feels to feel that somewhere in life we took a wrong turn, did not listen to our heart well enough, did not face ourselves honestly. We do not feel that we have full control over our own lives.
What it’s like to put the needs of others before our own and struggle to get out of that rut.
What it’s like to long to love ourselves enough to believe that we deserve the best and that we can make ourselves feel better. We all deserve it! Every single one.
We know that feeling of knowing we need to make a change but are at a loss when it comes to figuring out where the hell to start!

Your Personal Transformation is actually a 9-month pregnancy to a new life. Do you want to give yourself that gift?
The course is built on work with the chakras and is a blend of personal coaching, meditations, education, group conversations, time together with the group, writing a diary, and diverse home assignments.
Participants in the course YOUR PERSONAL TRANSFORMATION are lead on a journey of self observation where we ask among other things these questions:
- Who am I?
- What are my dreams in life and in what ways am I working on making them come true?
- What is hindering me in living the life I want to live? Am I standing in my own way?
- How can I minimize these obstacles or totally clear them away?
- How can I practice healthy boundaries for myself and others?
- What can I do to be the best version of myself and live in peace and harmony with all there is?
All material covered in the course, meditations, education etc. was channeled by Hrafnhildur Ýr and Alma Hrönn under the guidance of Archangel Metatron who oversees the programme. The course is therefore unique and has only been available in Iceland till now.
Who should attend the course?
The course is for everyone ready to view themselves openly and honestly, work on their obstacles, increase their connection to the universe and aim toward their dreams. Participants should have practiced meditation in some way and started working on themselves.
What is the length of the course?
The course is 9 months and during that time there are nine meetings on site (total of 14 days), nine Zoom meetings, six individual meetings, and a number of home assignments. The course is 140 hours and about 400 hours of homework is expected. Included in the course are over 50 sound recordings with education, exercises and meditations, framed personal lightcode, a crystal, diary, closed Facebook community for support and personal support throughout the course.
Your personal transformation is currently only available in Iceland but it is our hope that the first course will be offered in English in 2025. If you are interested in learning more about the course please contact us.
