What is Orkusteinar?
Orkusteinar (energy crystals) is a small shop we run from our workplace. We have a good selection of crystals and oracle cards as well as other spiritually related items such as books, candle holders, jewelry, and more. We build on nearly two decades of experience working with both crystals and oracle cards. Alma started importing crystals and oracle cards with her mother about 15 years ago when they were teaching workshops on those tools. We, therefore, build on a great foundation when it comes to helping you select items that will benefit you or those you love.
About Orkusteinar
Orkusteinar has its own social media pages on Facebook and Instagram (only in Icelandic) where you can find information about a part of what we offer, photos of crystals and how they support us as well as photos of a part of the oracle decks we have. We do our best to have the latest publishings and a wide variety of decks that are always relevant but have different energy and illustrations.
We help you choose items and share oracle card spreads and information in Icelandic on the crystals. We have also put together crystal packages around certain themes such as to support our sleep, increase concentration, deepen meditation and more.
What makes us different?
We place emphasis on working with honest wholesalers that know about the origin of the products. It is important for us that authors and artists get paid for their work when it comes to oracle cards and books, therefore we only trade with publishers or wholesalers they recommend. The same applies to the crystals, we do our best to have information about their origin, and do business with companies with the same vision as us; that ethics is a part of good business practices and that the supply chain respects people, the land, and communities. Our biggest wholesaler meets all suppliers where possible and emphasises fairness and ethics in business.
