Skotland

Do you feel a connection to Scotland?

Does your heart call for a deeper connection with Scotland? Do you want to experience the country’s nature and energy in a unique way?

Do you want to visit the Highlands with a great group of people where you explore your connection to this magical country? Where we experience nature and connect with it daily for a whole week?

Then the Heart of Scotland retreat is for you!

Join us from on this magical retreat in the Scottish Highlands from the 13th-20th of June 2025.

The purpose of the retreat is to connect with nature and the nature spirits/elementals of the area and enjoy the amazing energy that Scotland has to offer. At the same time, we nourish and enjoy ourselves, delve into ourselves and our connections to this unique land. We will stay in the Highlands and visit different places, mountains, fjords, valleys, moors and lakes.

Alma and Hrabbý have long felt a strong connection to the Scottish Highlands and deeply enjoy visiting them. They have experienced many past lives in the Highlands and for them the Highlands feel like home where they have a deep sense of belonging. Because of this experience they decided to invite others to explore their connections to the country and discover the places that called to them the most on previous trips.

This is the second year we offer this retreat in the Scottish Highlands and we can’t wait to share this experience. Further down the page you can read testimonials from our previous travelers.

Our journey begins in Stirling on the 13th of June from where we will depart at 14:00. From Stirling, we will head straight to the Highlands and, on the way there, visit the Heart of Scotland that Alma and Hrabbý discovered on one of their journeys.

Our private home for the trip will be the beautiful Dalvay House, a much loved family home of the MacLeod family (built in 1798), surrounded by beautiful gardens and lovely atmosphere.

From Dalvay House we we will take short and longer day journeys to interesting places such as to the spiritual village of Findhorn Eco Village, a nearby castle and a stone circle. We travel to Loch Ness where we visit wonderful natural treasures and lochs, connect with Nessie (the Loch Ness being) and other elementals, and we will also spend a day deep in the beautiful nature reserve Glen Affric, where there is much to experience.

We will meet some interesting people along the way as we enjoy a ceremony with a Scottish shaman, go foraging and ointment making, as well as diving deep within and looking into personal intentions and previous connections with Scotland.

In each place we focus on connecting with the land and the place itself, we even look at our past lives and connect with our ancestors, but our connections can vary depending on the places and individuals.

Hrabbý and Alma emphasize going slowly, enjoying, and experiencing. Everyone gets a chance to look at their intentions at the beginning of the retreat and a good amount of time is given for reflection. During the retreat, we will connect with lakes, mountains, forests, moors and the sea, elementals, and our previous experiences in the area.

It is therefore not suitable to bring a partner/friend who is planning to do something else. All participants must be able to walk on uneven terrain, as we sometimes go off road.
